City of New Orleans contractor Beverly Construction, LLC has transitioned into the second phase of the Lower Ninth Ward Northeast Group A  (the eastern area bounded by North Claiborne Avenue, Jackson Barracks, Florida Avenue and Caffin Avenue). When asphalt placement is completed this month, the project will be 55 percent complete.

The Department of Public Works’ construction contractor, Fleming Construction Co., LLC, in collaboration with the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans, continues to replace water lines on the $4.8M Lower Ninth Ward Northwest Group A project.

City of New Orleans contractor Beverly Construction LLC are now substantially complete with work in the first phase of the  Lower Ninth Ward Northeast Group A (the western area bounded by North Claiborne Avenue, Jackson Barracks, Florida Avenue and Caffin Avenue). Crews have already begun preliminary work in the second phase (the eastern area bounded by North Claiborne Avenue, Jackson Barracks, Florida Avenue and Caffin Avenue). The project is currently close to 35 percent completion.

City of New Orleans contractor Beverly Construction LLC are now 100 percent complete with all work on  N. Tonti and N. Dorgenous streets on the Lower Ninth Ward Northeast Group A project. There has also been significant progress made on Law and Miro streets. The entire project is currently at almost 30 percent complete.
