On December 29, 2020, Mayor Cantrell and other ciy leaders kicked off the City Park Group A infrastructure improvement project on Dumaine Street. Fleming Construction Co., LLC crews recently completed main sewer line replacements in the 4000 block of Delgado Street. Crews continue to work on main sewer line replacements on the 800 block of Roosevelt Street. New sidewalks have been installed on St. Peters Street, which includes Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant curb ramps at intersections.  At the end of January, crews will start sewer and water line system replacements and full-depth roadway reconstruction on St. John Court.  All residents will continue to be informed ahead of any construction work that will involve utility disruption and / or impact their parking and access to their street and driveways.

Fleming Construction, LLC subcontractor, Rue Contractors, continue sidewalk, pavement, and Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant curb work on the 600-700 blocks of North Alexander Street. Crews are continuing pavement, sidewalk, and curbing operations on North Olympia Street and are starting the same work on St. Peter Street this month as part of the City Park Group A  project. Additionally, drain and sewer point repair operations are underway on Dumaine, Olga, and Moss streets and will move to Pichelop Street once Dumaine Street’s work is complete.

Fleming Constuction Co., LLC, crews completed sidewalk, pavement, and ADA curb work at the 600-700 blocks of North Alexander. Crews are continuing pavement, sidewalk, and curbing operations on North St. Patrick and North Olympia Streets on the City Park Group A  project. Additionally, drain and sewer point repair operations are scheduled this month at the 600-800 blocks of North Olympia. Crews are looking to complete these sequences of the work toward the end of November ahead of the December holidays.  Concrete work on St. Peters Street is to follow.  Residents will continue to be informed ahead of any construction work and work that will involve utility disruption and/or impact their parking and access to their street.

Fleming Constuction, LLC, crews continue operations on North Alexander Street on the City Park Group A  project. Crews have been working in relatively enjoyable fall weather in order to excavate exisiting sidewalk, driveway aprons, ADA ramps, and curbs. Work is expected to be complete in October, ahead of starting the same work on North Hennessey Street.
