The $4.4M Filmore South Group A project continues to progress on schedule. Designed by Volkert Inc., the project is being constructed by Hard Rock Construction, LLC and has reached approximately 65% completion. Click here to view a map of the project scope.

The $4.2M Filmore North Group B project is set to break ground in June 2020. This project was designed by Professional Engineering Consultants (PEC) Corporation and will be constructed by Fleming Construction Company, LLC.

June 2020 is expected to be the final month of construction for the $6.5M Filmore North Group A project. The project team held final walkthroughs for substantial completion in April 2020, with all remaining punch list items and water line work expected to be completed next month.

Construction on the $4.4M Filmore South Group A project continues to progress ahead of schedule.  The project, which was designed by Volkert Inc. and is being constructed by Hard Rock Construction LLC, has reached approximately 60% completion.

The Filmore North Group A project—which is estimated at $6.5M, an increase of approximately $2M from the original project scope—has reached the final stages of construction. The project team and construction managers held final walkthroughs for substantial completion in mid-April 2020, with all remaining work on the project expected to be completed by the end of May 2020.
