Lakeview North Group A set to break ground early May

The first FEMA-funded program in the Capital Improvement Program, Lakeview North Group A, is set to start early May. This Incidental Road Repair project calls for:

  • Repairing damaged sidewalks, driveway aprons and curbs; and
  • Installing America with Disabilities Act-complaint curb ramps at intersections.

This $2.7M project was designed by Lambert Consultants and is being constructed by Hard Rock Construction, LLC. Representatives from the City’s Capital Improvement Program, designer and contractor met with residents at a pre-construction meeting on April 19 to discuss the scope of the project and what to expect during construction.
