Hard Rock Construction, LLC crews began concrete pours on roadways and curbs at the end of November and continue to carry out this scope of work on the Pontchartrain Park Group A project. Crews have excavated the previous roadway and poured new, smooth roadways on Mendez Street between Piety Street and Congress Drive, and on Debore Street between Prentiss Avenue and Madrid Street.
