The $3.2M Pines Village Group B project is nearing completion. Currently the pavement restoration is at 95 percent complete, with crews still working on sidewalks, driveway aprons and installing Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant curb ramps. Both the drainage and the water line work are at 100 percent complete, and crews are addressing clean-up issues as well as a broken inlet. Scope of work for the project includes replacing damaged underground drainage lines, repaving the roadway, replacing damaged sidewalks and driveway aprons, and installing ADA-compliant curb ramps at intersections. Construction began in March 2020.
