Command Construction Industries, LLC crews are now 96 percent complete with the Fleur de Lis Drive Phase III Reconstruction Project between 30th Street and Old Hammond Highway in the West End neighborhood.

Remaining work includes minor sidewalk work and tying in the new side streets to the main roadway. Crews should be completely de-mobilized around Mardi Gras.

At request of neighbors, the City is also considering installing signage to support periodic placement of Mobile Traffic Units. Residents are reminded that the speed limit on divided New Orleans streets is 35 mph.
