The $5.1M Black Pearl Group B project began construction in December 2020. In February Infinity Construction crews continued sewer line replacements in the 7600 and 7700 blocks of Dominican Street. This work will continue south, toward Leake Avenue for the next three months. Sewer line repairs in the 7400 block of Dominican Street are scheduled to wrap up in March. The project is expected to be completed in winter 2021, weather permitting.

- Patch Concrete: Removing damaged portions of the concrete roadway and replace it with new smooth concrete pavement;
- Incidental Road Repairs: Removing damaged portions of the asphalt roadway and replace it with new smooth pavement; and
- Non-Paving Incidentals: Repairing damaged sidewalks, driveway aprons and curbs within the public right-of-way.
