The $15M Pontilly Neighborhood Stormwater Network project includes an array of storm water interventions such as bioswales and street basins, all designed to reduce flood risks. The project is nearly 10 percent complete.
Part of the project encompasses work adjacent to Coghill Elementary school on Mirabeau Avenue, where Fleming construction crews are reframing the curb after creating bioswale structures that stretch from Congress Street to Press Drive.
A pre-construction community meeting was held in February at Mary D. Coghill elementary school; view the preconstruction public meeting presentation here.
