The $7M West Bank Group B project began construction in March 2020 and continues to progress on schedule. Contractor Fleming Construction is currently focused on Murl Street, Elizardi Street, Lawrence Drive, Odeon Avenue, and Westbend Parkway.

The Mid-City Group A project was designed by Infinity Engineering and is being constructed by Hard Rock Construction, LLC.  The entire project was originally scheduled to be complete this fall; however, additional scope has been added. All work is now anticipated to be complete in winter 2020 / 2021.  

The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is currently reconstructing Convention Center Boulevard between Poydras and Henderson streets in the Warehouse District. The construction is part of the $557M Convention Center Development District Project that includes converting Convention Center Boulevard into a landscaped public park.  

Hard Rock Construction crews completed concrete pours on several blocks of the  Freret Group A project, including parts of Upperline and Clara streets. Upon completing those blocks, work began on Willow Street at Robert Street.

The Audubon Group A  project started in July. Crews are currently working on Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-compliant ramps and curbs in the area around Arabella Street.  This $7.3M project was designed by All South Consulting Engineers and is being constructed by Boh Bros Construction Co, LLC.
