The $15M Pontilly Neighborhood Storm water Network project includes an array of storm water interventions such as bioswales and street basins, all designed to reduce flood risks.  Fleming Construction Company, LLC broke ground on Monday, March 18, 2019. 

Crews will begin with saw cutting the existing asphalt street on Mirabeau Avenue at the end of March / early April timeframe.  The temporary job trailer and staging area will be located in the median between Emmett Bashful Boulevard and Press Drive.

A pre-construction community meeting was held in February at Mary D. Coghill elementary school; construction is scheduled to begin March 2019.  View the preconstruction public meeting presentation here.
