The $3.2M Pines Village Group B project is nearing completion and the contractor is working through some final clean-up and punch list items. The project is expected to be declared substantially complete this month. 

The scope of work for the project included replacing damaged drainage lines, repaving the roadway, replacing damaged sidewalks and driveway aprons, and installing Americans with Disability Act (ADA)-compliant curb ramps at intersections. Construction began in March 2020.
