Crews have completed all of the concrete work in the original scope for the Lakeview South Group A project. This does not include the concrete work related to the subsurface drainage that was added to the project on Louisville and Kenilworth streets.  Hard Rock Construction crews have completed all drain line work and are now preparing to place asphalt on the roadways. This project is expected to be complete by June 2019.  

The $5.9M Patch, Mill, Overlay and Incidental Road Repair project calls for removing damaged portions of the asphalt roadway and replacing it with new, smooth pavement. The project was designed by Richard C. Lambert Consultants, LLC.

The scope of work varies block by block but includes the following:

• Patch Mill / Overlay: Repaving the asphalt roadway from curb to curb and repairing damaged sidewalks;

• Patch Concrete: Removing damaged portions of the concrete roadway and replacing it with new smooth concrete pavement; and
• Incidental Road Repairs: Removing damaged portions of the asphalt roadway and replacing it with new smooth pavement.
