This $1.5M St. Claude Drainage Improvements Project began on Montegut Street in late October, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded project includes a full street reconstruction.

The scope of work for this project may include: subsurface drainage improvements; installation of green infrastructure; removing the existing street surface and overlaying it with new asphalt; installing new sidewalks and curbs; and  installing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant curb ramps.

The project is scheduled to last until fall 2020, weather permitting.
