Hard Rock Construction Co., LLC, crews are nearing completion on a $2.2M full depth reconstruction project in the 800 block of St. Ann Street.

The scope of work included:

• Replace damaged underground water, sewer and drainage lines;
• Upgrading underground utilities;
• Repave the roadway;
• Replace damaged sidewalks and driveway aprons;
• Install American with Disabilities Act-compliant curbramps at intersections.

Crews will be onsite for a couple of additional weeks completing final punch list items and performing general clean up duties.
