Fleming Construction Company is currently staging equipment and surveying with MSMM Engineering in preparation for the $7.2M full-depth reconstruction project. Excavation and utility work will encompass Andry, Egania, Miro, Tonti and Choctaw streets as part of the Lower Ninth Ward Northwest Group D reconstruction. Streets, curb, sidewalks, disability ramps and utilities will be fixed throughout the site and finally completed in summer 2022.
