Lots of activity taking place in the $18.2M Pines Village Group A infrastructure improvement project in District D.
Sewer main line and manhole lining will continue at various locations throughout the project area, and crews will begin the second half of asphalt installation in the 5800 block of Dwyer. In addition, concrete removal and replacement will take place in the 6200-6300 blocks of Morrison, and crews will perform asphalt milling and installation of the wearing course of the roadway in the 4400-4700 blocks of Francis. Roadway excavation and removal of sidewalks and driveway aprons will commence in the 6900 – 7100 blocks of Virgilian and the 5900-6200 blocks of Dorothea, and crews will tie-in the new water main in the 8000 block of Townsend.
