The St. Claude Group A project was designed by Rahman and Associates, Inc. and is being built by Hard Rock Construction Company, LLC. There is an estimated $1M in added scope on the $3.8M project, which is scheduled to be complete in early 2020.

After being delayed because of high water levels in the Mississippi River, the City’s contractor for the West Bank Group A project, Durr Heavy Construction Co., has now returned to Algiers Point to finish asphalt patching.

The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is currently reconstructing Convention Center Boulevard between Poydras and Henderson streets in the Warehouse District. The construction is part of the $557M Convention Center Development District Project that includes converting Convention Center Boulevard into a landscaped public park.

The Mid-City Group A project was designed by Infinity Engineering and is being constructed by Hard Rock Construction, LLC.  Work has started on South St. Patrick Street, Cleveland Avenue and Palmyra Street.
