Boh Bros Construction Co, LLC crews, in close collaboration with Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans, began preparations for tying in the newly installed water lines on the Lake Terrace and Oaks Group D  project in September. Crews are currently working on Oriole Street but will continue to inform residents ahead of any work that will involve utility disruption and/or impact their parking and access to their street.

Command Construction crews are continuing to install new water lines and hope to have all utility work in the project footprint completed by October. Entergy is also working in the area relocating gas lines. Construction started in late July and is expected to be complete in fall 2021, weather permitting. The $6.3M Treme-Lafitte Group A infrastructure and road improvement project continues making progress with crews working on roadway restoration on Governor Nicholls, Ursulines and St. Philip streets.

Water line work has been completed on Marais Street, and crews poured the ADA ramps in the 1100 blocks of Montegut and Feliciana streets. Workers also began forming and pouring concrete in the 1200 block of Feliciana and completed the concrete work in the 1200 block of Montegut in September.

In September Palmisano construction had two crews working on the project, with one concentrating on the sewer main and water main at Amethyst St. and working south bound. The second crew continued installing new drainage lines and manholes from Ring St. to Jewel St.
