The $6.4M Viavant-Lake Catherine Group C project began construction in July 2020 at Industrial Parkway, which remains its main area of focus. The project was designed by All South Consulting Engineers, LLC and is being constructed by Command Construction Industries, LLC.

Beverly Construction, LLC. will continued water line tie-ins as part of the  Read Boulevard East Group B project in September. Tie-ins were successfully completed throughout the project in August. Crews have also completed roadway restoration in many areas, including Sierra Madre Drive. Upon completion of the water line tie-ins, this project will  be at 80 percent completion.

The Lower Ninth Ward South Group A  project began in September 2020. This $7.6M project was designed by IMS Engineers and is constructed by Command Construction Co, LLC.

Beverly Construction crews continue paving operations on the Read Boulevard Group D project.  Completion of paving operations during the month of September moved this project into substantial completion. New water lines, upgraded drainage and roadway paving are expected to be complete this fall.

Palmisano Construction, in close collaboration with Sewerage and Water Board New Orleans (SWBNO), completed the final water line tie-in on the Read East Boulevard Group C project in September. The work was completed on Maid Marion Drive with roadway restoration to beginning immediately after.
