A full-depth reconstruction project began on South Johnson and Melodia Court in Nov. 2016 and is scheduled to be completed this summer. There is an extensive scope of work that includes installing new drainage and catch basins, replacing sidewalks and driveway aprons, as well as installing American with Disabilities Act (ADA) curb ramps at intersections.

This $1.8 million City bond-funded project was designed by Lambert Consultants and is being constructed by Louisiana-based Rubion Roads & Streets.
