Work is wrapping up in the $7.3M Village De L’Est Group B project. Crews are 100 percent complete with roadway restoration of Endeavors Court, Expedition Drive, Beaucaire Street, Cannes Street, and Toulon Street. Water line connections are nearing completion as well as ongoing sidewalk and driveway work.  

The $4.4M Filmore South Group A project continues to make significant progress. The project, which was designed by Volkert, Inc. and is being constructed by Hard Rock Construction, LLC, has reached more than 85 percent completion. Click here to view a map of the project scope.

The $4.2M Filmore North Group B project, which began construction in July 2020, continues to progress on schedule. This project was designed by Professional Engineering Consultants (PEC) Corporation and is being constructed by Fleming Construction Company, LLC. Current focus of construction remains Perlita Street.

The Gentilly Resilience District (GRD) is a combination of resilience programs and projects in the targeted area of Gentilly THAT ARE designed to reduce flood risk, slow land subsidence, improve energy reliability and spur neighborhood revitalization.

The $2.8M Lake Vista Group A project, which began construction in June 2020, continues making great strides in construction progress. The project — which was designed by C & S Consultants, Inc., and is being constructed by Roubion Roads and Streets, LLC — continues its current focus on Gulf, Heron, Killdeer, Lark, N. Lark, and Oriole streets.
