Hard Rock Construction Co., LLC crews, in close collaboration with Department of Public Works and the Sewerage and Water Board, continued final walkthroughs and punch list items on the Freret Group A  project this month. Project officials expect to have the majority of punch list items addressed by early June 2021. 

Hard Rock Construction crews, in close collaboration with Department of Public Works and Sewerage and Water, continue preparing the Freret Group A  project for substantial completion. Upon completion of punch list items project team will complete final inspections in April.  

Hard Rock Construction Co., LLC is preparing the Freret Group A infrastructure improvement project for final inspections. Upon completion of drainage and waterline work, the project will move forward with final inspections in March. Residents will continue to be informed ahead of any work that will involve utility disruption and / or impact their parking and access to their streets.

The construction project is scheduled to be complete this winter.
