Now more than ever, it is imperative that we design and build projects aimed at managing rainfall more efficiently.  Our resilience projects are about designing with multiple benefits such as flood mitigation, workforce development, equity, etc. in mind. 

The City is currently routing the contract for the New Orleans East Bridges Rehabilitation project. The contract was awarded to Durr Heavy Construction, LLC.  Construction is now scheduled to begin in the spring of 2019.

Command Construction Industries, LLC crews are currently 65 percent complete on the Read Boulevard West Group A project. This is the first of two projects planned in the neighborhood.

Hard Rock Construction, LLC crews have resumed work in the Read Boulevard East neighborhood. This is the first of six construction projects planned to improve the infrastructure in the Read Boulevard East neighborhood, which spans from Read Boulevard I-10, I-510 and Chef Menteur Highway.
