The $4.4M Filmore South Group A project, which broke ground in August 2019, continues to make significant progress toward its completion. Designed by Volkert, Inc., the project is being constructed by Hard Rock Construction, LLC. The contractor will continue to focus on finishing the work on Cartier, King, Mandolin, Miles, Moore, Overton, Park Island, and Perlita streets as the project draws to a close, with expected completion in February 2021.
