Infinity Construction crews have installed new drainage elements in the 1100 block of Montegut Street as part of the $1.5M St. Claude Drainage Improvements Project. The project, funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Program, will include:

• Replacing damaged water, sewer and drainage lines;
• Rebuilding the street entirely;
• Repairing sidewalks and curbs; and
• Installing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant curb ramps at intersections.

The affected area includes the 1100 blocks of Montegut and Feliciana streets as well as the 3000 blocks of Urquhart and Marais. All businesses in the area remain open and accessible.
