Filmore North Group A project is currently estimated at $6.5M, an increase of approximately $2M in scope. The project is approximately 88 percent complete. The estimated budget, including engineering, design, geotechnical testing and construction planned in the entire Filmore neighborhood, is approximately $67M.

Designed by Professional Engineering Consultants Corporation (PEC), the first project varies by block and includes some waterline replacements as well as:

• Patch Mill/Overlay: Repaving the asphalt roadway from curb to curb and repair damaged sidewalks;
• Patch Concrete: Removing damaged portions of the concrete roadway and replace it with new smooth concrete pavement;
• Incidental Road Repairs: Removing damaged portions of the asphalt roadway and replace it with new smooth pavement; and
• Non-Paving Incidentals: Repairing damaged sidewalks, driveway aprons and curbs within the public right-of-way.
