Beverly Construction, LLC., completed sidewalks and driveway aprons on Good Drive and Schindler Drive in July on the  Read Boulevard East Group B project. Crews are scheduled to complete the full scope of work on these blocks in August.  

Beverly crews are also continuing waterline tie-ins on this project and expect to done paving in this area by mid-August. Residents will continue to be notified of work that will impact their access and/or cause disruption to their utilities.

The scope of this $3.6M Patch, Mill, Overlay and Incidental Road Repair project varies by block but includes:

• Repaving the asphalt roadway from curb-to-curb;
• Patching the roadway with asphalt or concrete;
• Repairing damaged sidewalks and driveway aprons;
• Installing Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant curb ramps at intersection; and
• Replacing / repairing damaged underground water, sewer, and/or drainage lines.
