Hard Rock Construction Co., LLC crews continue excavating streets and installing new water lines as part of the Navarre Group A project. The work, which began in early February, will improve nearly two dozen streets in the area.

In addition to repairing and replacing damaged roadways and patching concrete, crews will repair sidewalks, driveway aprons and curbs on various throughout the project area. The cost of the project is approximately $7M and it is scheduled to be complete in mid-2021, weather permitting.
