Hard Rock Construction, LLC crews are currently 55 percent complete with the Lakeview North Group A Incidental Road Repair Project in the Lakeview neighborhood.

Construction crews continue asphalt patching work, removing and replacing sidewalks and installing Americans with Disabilities Act–compliant curb ramps at intersections throughout the project limits - Harrison Ave. to Robert E. Lee Blvd. and West End Blvd. to Orleans Ave. In coming weeks construction crews will continue working simultaneously on the east and west sides of Canal Blvd.

The scope of work includes:

• Patching damaged portions of the street with asphalt and concrete;
• Repairing damaged curbs, sidewalks and driveway aprons; and
• Installing Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant curb ramps at intersections.

This $2.3M project was designed by Richard C. Lambert Consultants and is being constructed by Hard Rock Construction LLC.

All work is scheduled to be completed by spring 2018.
