The Freret Group A project is set to break ground in February 2020. This $4M project was designed by Kyle Associates LLC and will be constructed by Hard Rock Construction LLC.

The Mid-City Group A project was designed by Infinity Engineering and is being constructed by Hard Rock Construction LLC. Currently, the project is approximately 40 percent complete. Through the end of the month, roadway construction will continue on the following streets: Toulouse, Iberville, N. Solomon, S. Clark, Cleveland and Helena.

The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is currently reconstructing Convention Center Boulevard between Poydras and Henderson streets in the Warehouse District. The construction is part of the $557M Convention Center Development District Project that includes converting Convention Center Boulevard into a landscaped public park.

In early 2020, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and development (DOTD) will begin an improvement project along North Claiborne between Poydras Street and St. Bernard Avenue. The project will also include LA 39 from St. Bernard Avenue to the west side of the Judge Seeber Bridge.

The Mid-City Group A project was designed by Infinity Engineering and is being constructed by Hard Rock Construction, LLC.  Work continues on Toulouse, Iberville, N. Scott, N. Cortez, N. Telemachus, N. Clark, Palmyra, S. Solomon, N. Anthony, D’Hemecourt, and Tulane streets.  Crews will start filling open holes throughout the project area in late November / early December.
