Command Construction Industries, LLC is completing waterline tie-ins on Madrid, Burbank, and Athis streets. Once tie-ins are complete, asphalt crews will mobilize.

The City of New Orleans has secured $16.3M for construction of the Mirabeau Water Garden to begin winter 2019.

The $15M Pontilly Neighborhood Storm water Network project includes an array of storm water interventions such as bioswales and street basins, all designed to reduce flood risks.  Fleming Construction Company, LLC broke ground on Monday, March 18, 2019. 

Work on the Bourbon Phase 2 project resumed Monday, May 20.  The project has been delayed since early March due to high water levels in the Mississippi River. The City was notified earlier this month that a waiver had been granted allowing work to resume as long as water levels in the Mississippi River remain below 17 feet at the Carrollton Gauge.  All businesses along this corridor are open and accessible throughout construction.

The St. Claude Group A Project was designed by Rahman and Associates, Inc. and is being built by Hard Rock Construction Company, LLC. The $3.9M project is estimated to be complete in one year.
